Articulation Agreements

To view the dual credit articulated courses by district high school, click here to view the LAN courses and here to view the MDT courses. The tables map the articulated high school courses onto the Moraine Valley courses and the related Career and Technical Education (CTE) AAS degrees.

Moraine Area Career System (MACS)

MACS is our district’s Education for Employment (EFE) entity. Under MACS direction and facilitation, Moraine Valley collaborates with the district’s high schools to establish and maintain quality Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. These training programs incorporate the knowledge and skills needed in life as an integral part of academic and CTE programming and emphasize the continuum of learning from elementary through post-secondary education. Click here to visit the MACS website.

Dual Credit Program

Moraine Valley’s Dual Credit Program lets students earn tuition-free college credit while they’re still in high school. This unique program allows high school students to take classes at their own high school and simultaneously receive college credit at Moraine Valley Community College. The program provides a bridge between high school and college, allowing students to reduce the amount of time needed to complete a degree or certificate program.
